Diploma in Physiotherapy

Graduates of the Diploma in Physiotherapy are competent health science professionals who possess the knowledge and ability to manage and prevent problems affecting the physical functioning of the human body, and to maximise performance of human movement. They focus on enabling clients to achieve optimal independence in movement and function. They also implement evidence-based techniques to manage disorders of the human body for people of all age groups.

Entry Requirements:

O Level:
1. English Language (EL1) Grade 1-7
2. Elementary or Additional Mathematics Grade 1-6
3. Any one of the following subjects, at Grade 1-6:
Biology
Chemistry
Combined Science
Engineering Science
Food & Nutrition
General Science
Human & Social Biology
Physical Science
Physics
Science (Physics, Biology)
Science (Chemistry, Biology)
Science (Physics, Chemistry)

SPM:
Minimum 5 credits in Mathematics, 2 Science subjects and two other subjects. At least pass in English.

Other qualifications will also be considered, however, it is subject to the approval by the Programme Director.
